I created these tools that are helpful to me as a developer working on Apache Traffic Server, an HTTP proxy. Similar tools exist in some form online elsewhere, but I believe these, implemented as a React SPA, offer a convenient and low friction experience while also providing privacy. After the page loads, there is no communication of your data to a server. Thus your browser is the only application seeing your data. I hope these principles result in a useful, safe, and enjoyable experience for you.
